You Don’t Have To
Be An Employer Our service is designed to reduce the stress in your life. Our Carers are employees of Daughterly Care, which means we look after Workers Compensation Insurance, Superannuation Guarantee Charge and their salary. Where as when you use an agency to find you a carer, you are responsible for these payments and need to comply with Industrial Relations and OH+S Laws. If you don't "click" with our carer we will happily replace them with no fuss.
